1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be informed at least 48 hours before the actual journey. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged on the total journey fare.

Please read these terms carefully before confirming your cab booking with MCS Rent A Car.
2. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be credited to the customer within seven (7) working days.
3. Offline Booking Payment
For offline bookings, the booking cash amount must be handed over to the vehicle driver.
4. Free Pickup and Drop
Free pickup and drop are available within a 20 km radius from our office location.
5. Valuable Belongings
Customers must take care of their valuable belongings while entering, travelling in and exiting the vehicle. MCS Rent A Car is not responsible for lost valuables.
6. Child Fare
Full fare is applicable for children above 4 years of age.
7. Accident and Damage Claim
No damage claim will be allowed during an accident.
8. Complaints During Tour
If you have any complaint regarding the car or driver, please contact the office immediately after finishing the tour. Complaints raised later will not be entertained.
9. Day Calculation
A travel day is calculated from 06:00 a.m. to 00:00 a.m.
10. Late Night Charges
After 00:00 a.m., additional charges of ₹200 per hour will apply.
11. Driver Allowance
Daily driver allowance will be charged at ₹200.
12. Office to Office Kilometer
Office to office distance will add 15 km to the total journey calculation.
13. Minimum Average Kilometer
The minimum average per day is 300 km.
